Android 11 is recently launched on 8th of september the first one to get the update was eligible google pixel devices and now the update is going to start rolling out to other brands and we made list of eligible Samsung devices to get the update.
As we know the software update policy Samsung and most other brands follow is two years of operating system update and 3 years of security updates this means devices that come on Android 9 pie out-of-box and as well as devices that come on Android 10 are eligible to get the update.
Samsung on its unpacked event that held on 5 August 2020 gave a good news for many users that they will give 3 operating system updates from now on. But the policy is limited to flagship devices and some midrange A-series smartphones.
